For example, if you type 'sigh' and 'find all', your word processor may throw out that you have useed sigh/sighed/sighing x number times (though it may also count 'sight'). The same with 'shrug'. I had someone tell me once my heroe's best friend was "twitchy". When I went back through the second edits I realized I'd use a lot of nervous type words and gestures ... not so good for a beta wolf.
