		<description>You may be able to use your wordprocessor&#039;s &#039;find&#039; function to spot some of them. For example, if you type &#039;sigh&#039; and &#039;find all&#039;, your word processor may throw out that you have useed sigh/sighed/sighing x number times (though it may also count &#039;sight&#039;). The same with &#039;shrug&#039;. Others are less easy to flush out. :-)</description>

When I went back through the second edits I realized I&#039;d use a lot of nervous type words and gestures ... not so good for a beta wolf. LOL!</description>
